Booking and Cancellation Policy:

• If cancellation is made one day prior to the tour departure time. No charge will be applied.
• If cancellation is made within one day/ 24 hours to your tour departure time, 100% charge will be applied.
• If eligible for a refund, your total amount will be returned back to your account within seven working days.

Child Policy:

• Children less than 3 years old will be considered infant, and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years old will be considered as child and will charge for a child rate.
• Children older than age 10 years will be considered as an adult and will charge for an adult rate.

Musandam Dibba Oman Tour Vital Information :

• It is mandatory to carry your original passport at the time of trip otherwise, you will not be allowed to cross the border.
• Entry permit for each guest is required by the Dibba authorities at the border, thus we will assist in acquiring permit, when you book with us.
• The dhow is fully equipped and fully insured. The captain, crews, and the cruise facilities such as fire extinguisher, life vests and first aid kits are well provided.
• In case of bad weather conditions, its not permitted to go for banana boat ride & deep sea fishing.
• Bring your own swimsuit and towel to take part in swimming and other water activities.
• Bathrooms for men and women are available.
