They randomly cancel the bookings in the last minute and would never give your refund back if it’s already paid in advance. I’ve been after my refund since a week and everyday it’s the same response “we will look into it and send by night”.

You completely ruined our trip to Abu Dhabi. You canceled on us at the last minute and then tried to charge us an exorbitant rate because of your negligence. We always plan and book our trips in advance, and this is the first time something like this has happened. Instead of compensating us for your mistake, you tried to scam us into paying even more.
