We commend our tour driver Talat for his effort to explain the tour, making sure we’re comfortable and for the safe drive to and fro Dubai.
As first time tourist in the grand mosque we didn’t know that we need to register first and bring abaya to wear. Registering and walking to the mosque took us 30 mins. And just a little time to take photos. 45 minutes in the grand mosque is just a short time. And it would be much appreciated if you can give a heads up to your clients.
As for the Museum tour in the carpet store, it was a little disappointing… we were expecting all cultural heritage of abu dhabi/uae but it was just a carpet/embroidery store and wants us to buy something from them. We felt we wasted 30 mins. Of our precious time. We didn’t stop by emirates palace. We got to sample teas, different kinds of dates at the dates store. The 45-minute Yas mall shopping didn’t happened due to time constraints. We were just there to use the toilet. The tour package advertised was too ambitious with the time of the day tour. The travel time from one location to another takes most of the time. Didn’t got to enjoy what was offered.

The trip was not bad,we manage to visit the places in the itinerary. The only thing that made me unhappy was spending extra money to buy the scarf ,the scarf is pricey if you bought there. We werent inform to bring our own scarf (visiting the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Abu Dhabi). We have to rush every place we visited due to the time given is not enough. Anyways,the driver took good care of us and drive us home safely.
