Very bad service not taken on all spot which given in list

Do not trust them, I went to abudhabhi tour with them
I first thought it’s bus but then one suv comes to pickup very late
I waited long hours ,one of inappropriate is Driver charge me 150 dhs but he charge others 100dhs ,also driver didn’t taken us all spot which they told us!!!
Driver forcefully taken us one of his selected restaurants and we need to eat lunch by forcefully on our own money
I told him I don’t want to eat here
He said this is restaurant we stopped
Otherwise we can’t stop anywhere
Most importantly he argue so much
Also all the time he looks sleepy
It’s my request Be careful to go with them
Not good service in Dubai

My wife and I booked a day tour to Abu Dhabi for 24th Apr. 2023.
The whole booking process was very simple with Rabia patiently replying my questions at various hours of the day
The driver, Shahzad, appeared at 745am sharp to pick us up from the hotel. He was always courteous, alert accommodative to our requests.
We were given sufficient time at the sites we wanted to explore more.
All in all it was a great time and he even took us back to the hotel, pick up our luggage and sent us to the airport to catch our flight
