Very disappointed and extremely dissatisfied with the service from this tour group . Normally I am not one to complain but the day went from bad to worse , worst experience I have ever had in Dubai , I will never be booking with this group again .

Firstly , the vehicle that came , the AC did not work at all or barely worked , bear in mind it was 49 degrees outside and we were travelling from Dubai to Abu Dubai for a whole 9 hour day trip . The driver said it was because it was hot outside , however the day before we went to the desert safari in the afternoon with a different tour and we didn’t have this issue . The vehicle was very hot we felt very sick but this was not the drivers fault , the company should provide a vehicle with AC. They said WiFi was included which was a lie and also cold water , when I asked for water the driver told me to wait as he has to find some and that was not cold. If I was aware of this I would have brought my own water.Show more

Secondly , the main attraction was to see sheikh zayed mosque but it then was suddenly closed because trump came , which I understand is not the tours fault but they should check and let us know before hand as this is the reason we wanted to go to Abu Dubai . I did ask for a discount as we didn’t see the main attraction which was the mosque and it one hour was taken away from the tour which we paid for

Thirdly , the driver did not take us to get food until the end of the day at 6pm , we asked a few times but he said okay next stop , we had not eaten since 11am that day , so not eating for 7 hours , we almost felt lethargic and dehydrated .

Lastly , the tour is 150 AED, per person , it did not say on the website that if you pay by card 5% VAT is included , so there were three of us which could be 450 AED if we pay CASH or 475 AED if we pay by card , they sent a link to pay by card so u paid 475 AED which included VAT, the link said 465 AED , included with Vat , so. I agreed to pay as I did not want to speak to the tour group any further however once the payment went through , it showed 475 AED but they took 540 AED from me . They now claim they do not how this happened and have not given my extra money back eventhough I have given them my bank details and hotel name , they told me to come to collect the refund however my hotel is one hour away and it is not possible .

Please be wary when booking with this tour group , when I booked the tour they reply immediately but when problems started they took almost hours and days to reply to my messages , very unhelpful and have taken extra money from me and it was the worst day from our entire holiday

We had a great private Safari with Mushtaq Gil, who was a very helpful Tour giude. We have done a desert Safari with car, Camel ride and 4by4 Buggy. All werde great experiences for the Family, especially the Buggy Drive.
